This is a great buy
I felt results right away. The little that i used it so far i improved my stamina quick. Not shocking but i can tell difference but then i barely started using it. Its true what we do. When we are tired we gasp for air. This helps you control your breathing so you can recover quicker. Imagine doing intense training and not gasping for air. Thats what this is trying to do. This version 3.0 is worth the extra price. You can change elevation or difficulty whatever you want to call it with a little dial knob. Its better than changing filters in my opinion
