candlemass-documents of doom(2003)dvd
i love the music of candlemass,heavier than hell and louder as can be.and this dvd is one example of how a real band plays a concert to it's perfection. it is recorded in 1990 in the doom style of sabbath.great camera action,and great sound enhancement.i have the candlemass reunion show in 2003.still has the good ingredient of classic doom sound.the fatures on the dvd are very good.footage of the band on the road,backstage and on stage as well.don't miss out on this one,get this show on dvd.what the hell get them both.you will have to see it to believe it.

scars - featuring gary moore
it's so strange that it's not a solo release from gary moore.infact this is what i guess it's a side project he created. the band is called scars. it features gary moore on vocals and guitars,cass lewis on bass and background vocals,and last but not certanly the least darrin mooney on the drums.anyway this is one hell of a group of musicians who performed real well on this cd.songs like rectify,world of confusion,wasn't born in chicago,and when the sun goes down seems to be destined as leading towards as hard rock with a bluesy edge.i love the cd so much,but i still cannot put my finger on it.i think it's both a solo album and a project album at the smae time.anyway go pick up scars the cd and enjoy it at a maximum volume.crank it up,and rock out.
