  Very unhappy with a seller!! Charged 36 Euro for shipping , that is the price with DHL Express and sent it with regular postage Poorly packaged so the item arrived broken.

  First of all I am really sorry for what happened with the shipment. I would like to point out that you paid "Poste delivery standard" not DHL. The packaging was made up of a softball bag with internal protection, the pipe was disassembled into two pieces protected separately with other softball inside the bag. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. You could have written a private message before publishing this feedback, we certainly would have found a solution together.
