Not for clumping litter
Bags are very thin and short. You have to place it on a solid surface to put the scoop of waste in or it will roll right out of the bag.

slow feed hay bag
This bag solved the problem with no wasted hay on the ground. My minis seem to like this better then the hay rack and the hay doesn't get knotted in their mane.

Most bang for your buck!
