  There was an issue with the description, which changed the specification of the scanner. The seller had spotted this and contacted me before dispatch, and gave me the option of delivery, or refund. The refund arrived very quickly, and it was still a positive experience. I have put 5 stars in the categories below, as I don't think that the seller should be penalised for a legitimate mistake, and I am sure that it would have arrived on time if it had been sent.

  Ordered at lunchtime on Thursday as boiler had broken and sent email asking if it could be posted out same day. Had an email and tracking number within the hour! Arrived as promised Saturday morning (because the Friday was bank holiday). Part is now fitted and we have heating. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again! Thank you so much ��
