Not her best
I’m a big fan of Cathy’s books but wasn’t so keen on this one. She is fostering an adult with a learning disability who is pregnant. Her stories about the children she’s cared for were much better in my opinion

A sad read, but very well worth it
A story that has many twists and turns. Clear your diary for the day as this book is impossible to put down. Sadly, this story probably represents the experiences of many children in the care system, and some of those people ought to read this book and it gives some very good insights into how Lucy could have been feeling. Thank goodness she found her family.
