Perfect Match for Steelcase, but Sticks While Changing Direction
The casters snapped firmly into my steelcase chair, which was a good sign.
They do not mar hardwood floors, but they get hung up. What I mean, is that when changing rolling direction, I have to overcome the rubber's resistance to turning (think brake on rim for bicycle).
Once the caster turns, all is well. We'll see how the bearings hold up!
