Great reissue of a mediocre album!
This is a great value, good quality reissue of the first of Chicago's David Foster produced albums.
Music wise, it's a far cry from the vibrant, horn-driven and above all democratic sound of almost everything which had done before. Instead, it's a slickly produced pop on which Peter Cetera sung all lead vocals. The smash hits Hard To Say I'm Sorry is typical of the fare here.
The band themselves have since dismissed this era, but it's probably a moot point that Chicago might not exist now had it not come to pass.

Wow!!
This incredible album oozes quality from every groove! Brilliant performances from everyone involved and just timeless songwriting.
If Steve Walsh left Kansas because his voice was shot as was suggested at the time, there's precious little evidence here, as he sounds very strong, confident and passionate throughout. All of which makes the news of his recent and seemingly perminant retirement all the more of a shame.
Simply marvel at and enjoy this utterly brilliant "final" statement from a deservedly legendary singer, songwriter and composer!

Ooh, you smell nice!
I've added this to my Aramis collection as I love it's distinctly '90's aroma. The bottom line is, if you wanna smell like a very classy retro yuppie, this is the scent for you!
