5 of 5 found this helpful Dr. Jennifer Daniels talked about this. So, I am very thankful for her. This is a wonderful benefit for assisting your body's immune system. Before using my blood pressure was 199/149. In about two days after taking a teaspoon of the 100% turpentine gum spirits (with/on top of) one tablespoon of regular white sugar. My blood pressure went down to 121/79. Wow, and now averages 122/83. I have been using turpentine for 5 days in the morning as soon as I wake up.
The only side effect that I am having so far is the occasional burp during the day.
