    This seller is terrible. The delivery was very late, and although the item had a free return policy, he refused to accept the return. This is not acceptable. I contacted him several times, but he didn’t help at all. I do not recommend this seller to anyone.

    After the pan was unpacked it was clearly a used item so i contacted the seller, his reply was that it was brand new out of the box and why did i think it was used, I explained how i could tell and the reasons for it, also explaing that i did a lot of cooking (this will be my fourth Paella pan) I also know and listed the reasons it was not a new pan.
