Eventually I contacted the email address who told me they stopped their ebay and amazon sales a year ago. Closed the shop. Clearly someone managed for over 6 months to use this account, with maybe 1/10 items actualy existing. Ebay took no review or action! Very disappointed that in our age of AI they can't spot something so obvious and let us get scammed.

Poor communication, eBay stepped in and gave me a refund.

Ordered fragrance from them on 2nd May, they were paid in full the day after yet the items I ordered still hadn't showed as being dispatched 7 days later!! I sent numerous messages to the seller over the next 3 days with no response . I eventually got eBay involved as thankfully I was covered by money back guarantee. Once I involved eBay I had to wait 3 business to give the seller a chance to respond to eBay. Today I received a full refund.

But contacted the seller, who promptly responded, and was reassured. The item arrived the day after the email stated it’s delivery, but postie left it secured for me. The packaging and the product was/is excellent. Very securely packaged. The 100ml Mon Guerlain was in a sealed box, as stated. I am very pleased with the service and the product - I will definitely use this company again.
