Too Easy.
This installs in minutes and is so easy to do if your vehicle is equipped with the factory tow wiring plug. There are lots of youtube videos on how to do this, and you should watch some so you buy the right connector. It works great too. You will need an extra fuse to put in the "Tow" slot in your vehicle's fuse box under the hood. Mine took 10 minutes to do.

Good Stationary Rack
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a light duty rack. It works great as a stationary unit that wont be moved often, however if you plan to fold and unfold it a lot as a traveling stage unit it's going to fail. It's just not built heavy enough for that. The material and welds wont hold up to life on the road. There are no lock washers or locking nuts included with it so a tube of thread lock will likely save you some future "falling apart" problems. I have a couple Gibson guitars with Nitro finishes sitting on mine now for about three weeks and no sticking problems, so the cushion material seems to be finish friendly. It's not built for travel, but at the price it is a good deal for a studio unit.

Comfortable Strap
These straps are strong and lightweight yet thin enough to embroider names or initials if you choose to customize them. The 3 inch width provide extra comfort especially for heavier instruments, and the material allows moisture from sweat to evaporate instead of being wicked up and becoming smelly like leather or cotton. The material is also smooth enough to slide easily on your shoulder and doesn't tug on your shirt. The ends are reinforced and stay on the strap buttons well although I always recommend installing strap locks to prevent dropping valuable instruments. I have used these straps for several years without issue, and highly recommend them.
