Disappointed.
I usually really like Rustoleum products, especially the surface primers, unfortunately this gloss black is horrible, it sprays unevenly, and never dried. Followed as per instructions, 24 hours later and still tacky. If sprayed at recommended distance it results in a satin textured surface, any closer and it pools and congeales. Never thought I'd ever say this, but the Halfords gloss black is a better option, even if they run out of "puff" long before any rustoleum product.

Lovely quality
Belts are of high quality, the transparent blue makes for a snazzy look too!

Dires milky.
1 of 1 found this helpful Having never used this particular gloss coat before, but having been a regular user of rustoleum I was pretty disappointed in this. Besides being heavy on ejection it runs and puddles no matter what you do! It also badly reacted over another brands paint (dried for over a week) Sadly in many spots, despite following instructions it dried milky white resulting in much time wastes stripping and starting again with something else. I'd recommend a Halfords or Testors product for a top coat now.
