Don't go with this unit if you live in the US.

This is mainly a warning for US-based buyers. While the price is right and the product appears brand new, these wifi adapters are specific to the European market. In their wisdom, Daikin has created a sets of products that only work with regional versions of their IOS app. While these seem like a great bargain compared to the price of US units, do beware. Also note that the Euro version of the app is not freely available for download in the states. It can be done but it isn't easy. If you do set it up (like I did) you will also find you can only see temp units in Celsius.
