I was very impressed with the rebuilt Polk Center Channel speaker. acoustically it was well-matched to my other Polk speakers. it was shipped quickly and very well packed. I would definitely use the seller again. by no fault of the seller the item was damaged in shipping by FedEx and he was very responsive to the situation and even offered to buy a new speaker Grill.
