I requested a cancellation literally 60secs after placing the order I even messaged the seller if they’d cancel it without any reply EBay notified me the seller had refused the cancellation as it was already sent All this on a Friday night Wasn’t sent until the follow Tuesday Wouldn’t recommend a business that doesn’t have customer support 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

After several difficult messages with this customer they still refused to return the item back to us free of charge for a full refund. The order was shipped before they requested to cancel and somehow we are in the wrong for shipping our orders swiftly?! NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER!

I still have not recieved my order, tracking details not up to date, keep getting fobed off, tried to deliver it weeks ago, didnt leave it, no note on the door, worst experience so far, i have contacted the seller 3 times, and who is Evri another crap delivery company, i want my money back or the product in the next 48 hours,

Evri have attempted to deliver more than once now! They even show photos of your front door which you agreed was your property. We cannot control what item the courier delivers. This is why we encourage customers to keep an eye on their tracking to be given a delivery time frame. We have also replied to each and every one of your messages. What more can we do if you are not going to be home each time they try to deliver?!?!
