    5* Apologies for feedback delay. Bought on 16/6 knowing Seller ‘away till 17/6’ on listing but super speedy dispatch meant it arrived on 19/6. Box of 6 small ThermoPro hygrometers inside a letterbox friendly padded envelope. I bought as described ‘open box’ item. Note on box said ‘Open box only 4batteries’. Looked ‘as new’ condition just missing 2 batteries! Lined up all 6, let settle then 2 had very slight humidity variation (4 = 56% 2 = 55%). Par for course it seems. Great value thank you💫

    People think having their goods being delivered on time in good condition is excellent customer service, that is not the case, it is expected customer service. When things don’t go as expected, how a supplier reacts determines the level of customer service. I had an issue with an order, when Chris was informed he contacted me and apologised profusely and resolved the issue sending me a missing part within 2 days. That is exceptional customer service.
