Love my Sony e-reader!
I read constantly and the e-reader means that I can take literally hundreds of books on holiday or when visiting without taking an extra suitcase for my books. I have poor eyesight and can adjust the font size of any ebook to suit me. The display is easy to read, although not back-lit, like a computer screen, so you need a light source of some kind. I also have painful wrists and thumbs, so holding a heavy book can hurt, whereas the weight of the reader never varies. I can read constantly for several days (foe example, when snowed in, as recently happened) on one battery charge and can re-charge using either the USB connection or an AC adaptor. I have the touch-screen edition but I tried the smaller 'pocket' edition before buying a reader and found it equally as good, just smaller. I haven't quite got to grips with all the functions yet - I am still not able to organise my ebooks into collections for ease of retrieval, as it says I should be able to, and I find this a bit annoying. It means that every time I want to choose a book, I have to go through the whole lot instead of being able to pick by, for example, genre. I can search by author or title, however, so I'll keep trying until I get it right. One major irritation though - and this is not a fault with the e-reader - WHY are ebooks almost as expensive as paper copies, with virtually no production or materials costs?? I advise users to seach eBay, Google and iOffer for cheaper alternatives. But DO get an e-reader. Everyone should have one.

This has made my feet very happy indeed....
This has made my feet very happy indeed. I've checked the wattage - it takes very little to run and it means I have cosy feet when working from home and watching TV in the evenings before bed. Can't get to sleep with cold feet and this has been a great puchase!

Delicious and versatile
I have used this well-priced product in coffee, hot milk at bedtime (yum!) and in cocktails and liqueurs. Brilliant!
