Be that as it may.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been a Willie Nelson fan for some time now and have a number of his CD's
I recently retired after over forty years working for a Government Department and was introduced to ebay. As the result of this I decided rather than download music using computer systems I would search the system for some of those CD's I hadn't previously purchased. As the result of this I can across Lost Highway and the title "It always will be" by Willie Nelson. I found the CD very easy to listen to and it was clearly in the style that I liked and recognised as his, it being very distinct. I can honestly saw that I liked all the songs on the CD although I really liked "The way you see me" and "Dreams come true" but may be I am an old romantic at heart. Throughout the CD I really liked the way the music was played in particular theb acoustic guitars of Biff Watson, Scottie Emerick and of course Willie himself not, of course, forgetting the playing of the steel guitars of Dan Dugmore and Paul Franklin.
The fact that there was also a word sheet in relation to each song added to the value of the CD as it gives, and gave, me the opportunity to sing along with the guys and gals although I am sure that Wes and Liana wouldn't be impressed by me. All in all a good CD well worth listening to by Willie Nelson fans and those who are not, yet.

Will you still love me tomorrow
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been a Willie Nelson for a considerable number of years enjoying his music on my one hour journey to work. On retirement I had more time to look after my musical needs and so my first thought was to download from the net. Within a short period of time I dismissed this idea when I discovered that I could buy CD's at a reasonable price on ebay. Without too much thought I bought this CD and for me it has to be one of the most disappointing CD's that I have bought. The fact that it was Willie Nelson and Friends should have warned me and I really should have taken an opportunity to listen to the CD beforehand - had I done so I wouldn't have bought it. All in all it was too much like a jazz session for me to appreciate then whole CD although I did like "Will you still love me tomorrow" "Overtime" and "Pancho & Lefty". I was further disappointed in the fact that there were two repeated songs "Midnight Rider and "Overtime". Why has this to happen on two CD's that are released during the same year. Why did I decide to buy it? The question should be - Why oh Why did I buy?
