Handy item of rolling stock ready to use immediately.
Very handy item to allow the coupling of original Lima continental rolling stock with British designed model trains such as Hornby without having to do any modifications of the couplings of either make of model railways.

Nice example in good running order that works well with my Lima and Hornby collection.
This is a nice example of a tender made for the original Lima locomotives before they were taken over by Hornby. This unit is a powered unit and although the locomotives in my collection have their own power, this unit also works with them, providing a locomotive with two power units. Originally was bought because it had a Hornby coupling, allowing the locomotive to be used with British model rolling stock.
