  I have rarely had an issue with the quality of Fiskars garden equipment, that's why I always err towards quality over cheaper alternatives. The item arrived as described, although the points of the fork tines were scuffed, as they had protruded through the single layer of cardboard and the pallet wrap that was supposed to be protecting them. All in all, an easy transaction and would buy from this seller again.

  There’s not much to say about a wooden handle; but a lot to say about the outstanding customer service. The exemplary customer service has to be applauded there was a mistake with the postage but an employee or maybe the owner of the company went beyond being just helpful in getting the problem sorted.
