I have been trading on eBay since 2004 & have consistent 100% positive feedback. I apologised to buyer & promised a full refund. I also asked if they could let me know if the envelope had been opened on delivery as this would help me work out what had gone wrong. Rather than sticking to the facts they have opted for character assassination instead. The buyer has lost nothing but I have lost £16 (plus P&P) - yet do you hear me screaming my head off?

Better than standard bike oil.
I prefer this to normal bike oil as it flows better, isn't so greasy and sticky, and has a low odour. Chain seems to stay cleaner for longer as well.

Easy to Use
I purchased this pump after getting another bike that had thinner, racing type tires and Presta valves. My existing floor pump I used for a mountain bike with Schradar valves didn't even come close to delivering the pressure required to get the thinner tires up to 100 psi, no matter how hard I tried. This pump did it with ease and the gauge seems accurate as well. I found the adapter on the end a bit fiddly to start with and I was a bit dubious that it would work okay on both Schrader and Presta valves but it does. The trick is to make sure it is pushed on fully in both cases. You need to lift the lever up to lock it on, rather than down as with other pumps I have used.
