It does exactly what it says in the title.
I am diabetic and this book is excellent to help me understand exactly how much of everything I am putting into my mouth works in my body. It is much easier to equate the exact amounts instead of guessing.

Is it the real stuff
I have used this perfume for a few years and I could smell it all day long. However this last bottle does not linger above a couple of hours. Perhaps my skin has changed my reaction to the perfume or perhaps the perfume recipe has changed but it certainly is different. Perhaps it is old stock. I shall only buy from a chemist in the future.
