I immediately requested a cancellation so I could make the purchase I actually wanted. It took the seller several days to post the item, even though it only took me 10 minutes to spot my error and request cancellation. The seller clearly is desperate for a sale and gave zero communication on why the item couldn't be canceled. Items listed as New is clearly opened with no packaging.
