An excellent product.
As an elderly 'technophobe' I purchased with much trepidation. It is wonderful! good looking. Easy (yes - easy!) to set up (once you understand that 'reserve' in the instruction manual actually means 'record'. It took a long while to work that one out and would have been helpful if the manual mentioned that. Large screen text is a dream for my old eyes. Having graduated from a 'sky box' system I have to say this is clearer, easier and preferable in every way. I would absolutely recommend this box - even to other technophobes. If you have any problems setting it up just ask a 5 year old on his way home from school if he has 5 minutes to show you how.
