  When I expressed concern over the $70 shipping cost, seller said it would be $30, so I made the purchase with the understanding that the excess shipping charge would be refunded. I sent several messages that went unanswered, and the excess shipping cost was never refunded. As far as I'm concerned they lied to make the sale, and stole $40 from me.

  Seller sent 2 left side door handles. I was expecting 1 for the left side and 1 for the right side. Seller apologized for the mistake and offered to send a handle for the right side. I accepted the offer and closed the return process. As of this writing I have not received the right side door handle and the seller seller will not respond to my inquiries. Since I closed the return, I cannot reopen my return request. I'll have to see if my credit card can help get my refund.
