they're OK for basic storage use
an alright set of shelves but very wobbly. gonna need to shore them up or secure them to a wall.
the wood itself was fine and was simple to put together in 10 mins.
if they were not so wobbly I'd have been impressed.

"cheap" but cheerful
cheap wooden set of drawers.
but they are wood (pine) rather than chipboard etc. the wood is very very dried out and brittle and needs a lot of love if one really wants to bring it back to "life"
on the flip side the Panama set can look quite nice and suits my taste, budget and circumstances.
I put my own handles on to suit my flat and as long as one treats the unit with some delicacy they'll last a few years. These are not up to heavy duty usage and are not of "solid" sturdy construction.
they'll do the job but you won't be passing them down as heirlooms.
I'm happy with my set but I'm aware that at some stage they will start to fail.
