Best pads under $100
Ready to get shreddy? You really can’t get a better set for your little grom unless you go to almost twice the price and your child is hitting bigger drops and jumps regularly. Look up the hammer test on these on YouTube.

Great price and value but you get what you pay for
I would probably buy again because I don’t use crossbars heavily. For my purpose these are fine and fine is all I want and need. I am sure with how low priced they are everyone knows not to expect too much. Other crossbars have stronger and better components. Because of the low price, these are difficult to install and even to adjust. They barely fit my Pilot at the lowest (shortest) setting. There are little clips (that the hand-screws fit into to tighten the bars in place) that can easily become detached and even lost if you accidentally unscrew the hand-screws too far. I almost lost two of them during installation and I am nervous they’ll unscrew and get lost on their own. Just observe the usual “you get what you pay for” and “caveat emptor” rules is all I’m saying I guess.

Great title that has aged well and still has more to give!
I think everyone in software should read and internalize the principles in the book. Then move on to the other Poppendieck titles and books like The Lean Mindset! If you want to delight customers, start here!
