Delicate taste, powerful omega source
With omega 3, 6 and 9, it is an essential oil to keep the body working.
It is pleasant to take neat,I have to stop myself taking more than needed.
I put it in smoothies for the family.
This has been my preferred oil for years.

Bed Fit For A Princesss
It has given my thin-coated staffie the BEST nights sleep since we got it. We put a single quilt in it, with enough to place over our dog, once she has got in. Together with more blankets, for when she has uncovered herself, it is the perfect nest. Also works with a blanket placed over all of the bed, with ends tucked under bed. Then another folded blanket on the pad, followed by the quilt, or blankets. She does not want to get out of bed in the morning!
We also place the whole bed on a base of some pvc covered memory foam, just to give her a bit more insulation from cold floor, and extra padding for older bones.
She is so happy. Thank you
