No reply on initial message about item dispatch inquiry. They sent item that expired in June of 2018! It is useless and stays stretched, having basically no elastic power to be of any use. I notified them with photos and got no reply from them. Also, package arrived in regular envelope with no sender details or protection on the inside. Who sells 4 years expired stuff on ebay???
