Cambridge Audio Topaz CD10 CD Player (Black) - Refurbished - minor signs of use

Looks and acts the part - very pleased

I don't often write reviews as.....well, generally I can't be bothered. Thought I'd leave one for these guys though as I'm genuinely impressed with this CD player. For a start, they're a UK company - always keen to help out home grown talent. I'm not by any means a hi-fi aficionado, but I thought the sound quality was excellent - crisp and clear. Forgot CD's could sound so good when not played through a 'mini system'. The player itself looks brand new and rather chic - minimalist which I like. Simple, clearly labelled control buttons. CD tray opens and closes very smoothly, load time average I'd say. My one and only gripe would be that the remote looks a bit cheap and nasty, but for the price and build quality of the player itself, I think it would be a little churlish to knock a star off the rating for that one thing. A friend of mine recommended Cambridge Audio to me and I'll definitely use them in future - keep up the good work and thank you.
