Not possible to sand and polish once hardened.

Whilst a good value product for coverage where the finish isn't critical I would not reccomend it as a high quality product. I have used it twice for motorcycle restoration. I have found that it is not possible to get a high gloss finish when it is wet and dry sanded and polished once fully hardened. As to its petrol resistance it seems to do the job ok though. If you're looking for a quality high gloss finish go elsewhere.
