Good condition, works fine

Well made power supply, quite good condition given the age. Tested the output with a voltmeter and it works fine. Price is excellent for such lab equipment.

Better than no tool, but not well thought

The Estes rocket fin alignment guide is better than no tool, but not well thought. The body tube is mounted with the help of a few cardboard tubes that slide into each other: the manual instructs the user to cover their ends in sellotape and then sand down their edges. This is tricky and the final fit is not as good as it should be, so final alignment must still done by eye. Also, the center hole in the plastic base had a casting defect affecting alignment. Ideally, the center tube(s) would fit perfectly in the base, and once the (rocket) body tube is on, it would be perfectly vertical and centered, leaving one to concentrate solely on glueing the fins. Not the case here.

Easy to configure, lots of functionality, comfortable to use

Easy to configure, lots of functionality, good value for money. The design is a bit outdated imo, but feels solid and is comfortable to use.
