Best overall in the price range for normal listeners
1 of 1 found this helpful These are a really nice set of cans. They are not the best in noise cancelling or overall sound, those cost $400. These are the ones that do the best overall at an appropriate cost for the day to day user that enjoys music. It’s not for audiophiles and if you’re looking at these you already know that and discussing sound quality is a little beside the point other than to say they sound good overall.
Still, compared to the Bose QC25 these are much sturdier, you can feel that from the weight of these and the fit. While sturdier is good, they are heavier than the QC 25 by a noticeable difference and the fit is much tighter. That last thing takes a little getting used to since you can feel it on your ears and over the top of your head.
The microphone is good and no complaints from people on calls. They do tend to pick up a lot of wind noise when outside despite the noise-cancelling for wind noise working really well.
The battery life is amazing and they will last me through two days on a single charge. They also charge pretty quick as advertised. They just added a Google Assistant feature where you can activate it through pressing the NC button on the headset. If that’s important to you it’s there and it works. It’d be nice to have more programmable buttons and other assistants included.
