Great company great item.
1 of 4 found this helpful This company is wonderful. Because of a house fire, my brain is not where it should be. I placed the order and forgot to update to our temporary housing address. I emailed the company and they explained that they could not change the address because of PayPal, but we could cancel the order and then I could order it again. So I go to PayPal and add in the correct address, but I forgot to make it the default address, so had to cancel the order again. The next order I did everything correctly. Each time I contacted them they were wonderful and understanding.
We got the order very fast and in exactly the one my husband wanted. He is very happy with it. He does Renaissance Faires and he needs thing that fit the look at period correct, and this one does perfectly.
