sparks of brightness
I could sing along in every track as they change in the mood between classic cool synth, rythmic atmospheric ambient house and plain harty cosy pop, as in Pants, Bath Time and Easy Serve, and then of course, stop and just listen to the wondrous Acid Pants as it pounds the beats to a simplistic yet catchy rhyme, unforgettably, and all of a sudden, it seems like everything's gone a bit blue after all. Definitely repeat-all-mode stuff.

Lazy Lovin' Nostalgia
Long after Dando's appearance on the cover of Interview Magazine, photograhed by Weber and the hit "It's a shame about Ray", the launch of Dior's Fahrenheit and the raving years of MTV, this is a modest return of the soft spoken dandy of the West Coast scene and his great band of musicians, dishing out a string of easily digested pop songs, and what a joy it was to see them live the same year of its release.

Summer in Milano
A delight in the contradiction between the bottle design and the liquid character:
The tall slim amber coloured glass piece, covered in golden foil, the text cut out in a beautiful pattern, the one of its kind silver airator and solid metal cap, is a glittering thing to behold and operate.
The perfume, frivolously sweet, light with a spritz, like hair care or body cream, linear for quite a while without the sillage of fougère, rather intimate in the masculine patchouli drydown and most suited for the warm climate with a pleasing breese.
