battery issues and quality build is shocking
1 of 1 found this helpful I currently have 6 of these tubes and purchased them in Jan 2022 ,the operation and brightness is good and the price was good also , after 4 months of use 3 of the lights only hold 70 percent of charge and 1 only holds 80 percent of the charge .the last light holds full charge still but occasionally starts flashing to say its out of charge but the indicator say it fully charged .5 of the 6 lights have broken screw mounts just by screwing the supplied stand into them they simply snap off leaving a big hold that I have put tape over .lastly when using nanlite t12 holders on the lights that have broken stand mounts the plastic tube part has hairline cracks in it . as far as warranty is concerned they simply don’t respond to your request for help even after the units being just a few months old and used a couple of times a week .a shame as I had high hopes for this light so can’t recommend to anyone this unit unfortunately .
