SKY Q 100% GENUINE Remote Control Receiver Non Voice/Touch Replacement UK SELLER

Seemed ok

Set the remote up which is very straightforward as you follow the steps via sky. We have a Sonos soundbar and that also is straightforward to set up. The problem is this remote does not remain connected so if the tv was turned off you needed to re set. I made this happen a few times to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake but it kept happening. I then re set my old remote and that worked perfectly as it always had done and continues to work. As I just needed the battery cover for my old unit I just swapped that over. Cannot recommend this product
