  Very happy, delivery was good, product in good condition as described, came with a battery pack which needed batteries but I already had loads of rechargeable battery packs so I just needed a controller so all in all very good ����

  Items are in good, used condition as stated but do not include a new battery pack as stated in the listing. We purchased two controllers and both we needed to put standard AA batteries into them. Dispatch was quick but delivery changed from a couple of days to over a week after purchase. Ebay tracking was also not updating. Seller did respond quickly with an update but I still had to contact Yodel as their own tracking was also incorrect and not updating.

  Apologies, after some further investigating, it seems we may have been confused by the term battery pack. We presumed this was a built in re-chargable battery like other battery packs we have used for other items, but it seems this is used to describe the part that holds aa batteries in the controller. May be clear to those who are familiar with consoles, but wasn't to us.
