A bit of an art to it.
3 of 3 found this helpful Well made, good quality. I knocked one star off as you cannot really control the burners. There are air vents in the burners that in theory should reduce the intensity of the flame but they don't actually achieve anything when vents are closed/partially closed/wide open. You have to frequently check food to prevent over smoking. For us beginners a little instruction book wouldn't go amiss.

Good deal. It's a pity they don't do a full height one, however I lengthened it myself and it looks great.
