Weirdest eBay transaction ever but I got my item. First tracking number was a FedEx delivery with a label created before I even bought this item, it got sent to my small town but not to me. Then got a message that tracking was messed up and was given an Amazon tracking number and this time it did arrive. The tool was supposed to be used but this one appears to be new in box 🤷‍♂️

Faucet came very scratched and damaged. Was very poorly packaged and parts were clanging around when was delivered prior to opening the package. Very disappointed in the way the faucet was shipped bc I missed out on another one similar price. The seller did offer a return label which I am sending back but seller had another same faucet and wouldn’t swap for some reason or offer to sell it for discounted price which was odd. Photos show how faucet was shipped. cardboard laying on top loose.

Was sold a supposedly open box like new mailbox but it came missing the post. The box it came in was falling apart and wouldnt have fit the post in it. I was first offer $20 refund for missing the post which is ridiculously low. Seller claims already losing money on this order as if i should care. They ended up refunding me $40 and im stuck trying to find a post. They need to rethink their quality control if they dont want their seller rating to keep dropping. Horrible. False info listing.

I ordered this hose reel and began to receive good communication from the seller. When the item arrived in a timely manner, I noticed one crucial part was missing. I contacted the seller right away and they immediately sent me a return label so I could send it back at their expense for a refund. They received the return within a few days and as promised, promptly gave me a full refund! Highly Recommended Seller!
