  Unfortunately the delivery company broke the cage due to it being glass at some point this is in no way the sellers fault however it was clearly wrapped in multiple layers the seller couldn’t have done more to try prevent this from happening but nevertheless they was incredibly understanding and issued a refund the same day i contacted them with the problem
