An oldie but goodie.

An old lens but a very good auto focus zoom. No VR but takes very nice pictures and is dependable. Built mostly of metal so a bit heavy. Has a nice macro capability. I love my lens and have taken some awesome pics with it. They originally sold for for $500-700 but are one of the best lens values today at $100 or less.
