Nice little mixer/processor

Not bad, but not brilliant
Well I tried out my new smoker and it does a fairly good job as long as you keep on top of it. Obviously at this price range it was never going to be top of the range but to see the smoke pouring out of the many gaps was a bit of a disappointment.
Saying that, the smoke does get around the chamber fairly well and as long as you monitor the temperature and add fuel in good time you can keep the heat on the meat quite well. For my first use I cooked only small pieces of meat; chicken kebabs and sticky chili pork. Both cooked well after being rotated around the chamber.
During assembly I used high temperature silicon to seal the firebox and created a smoke baffle from tin foil to help create a guide for the smoke to go under and then across the meat as you see in the higher priced/top quality smokers. These modifications certainly helped and I will make a more permanent smoke guide before its next use.
BOTTOM LINE
Not a bad smoker for those on a budget, but you must keep your wits about you to keep the temperature stable and you must also rotate your food around the smoke chamber for an even cook.
