Great device, shame XSITEMS won't stand by their sale
0 of 2 found this helpful Bought this mid August last year as a nice upgrade to my £30 Bosch hand blender. Sadly, this starting making noises within a couple of months. It still worked fine so i thought nothing of it. The motor finally died (just under 6 months from purchase). Tried changing fuse but the motor itself must have blown. Called them today but as I contacted them just over the 6 months they are now refusing to replace it. I also called Sage and they said that they also won't stand by it as XSITEMS are not an authorised retailed. Apparently they have also had other similar complaints from sales through XSITEMS. So in brief, seems like a lovely product, but will now avoid the Sage brand and XSITEMS as will never know if it was a genuinely faulty item or mistreated in storage before the sale.
