Couldn't be happier, a great buy, hopefully it lasts for a few years more than its one year warranty.
This replaced a six year old Sony and I have no regrets. The Sony was fine but the game has moved on with the ability to watch video from USB sources and more HDMI outputs. I don't notice any appreciable difference in picture quality and the sound it better. This is far lighter than the Sony which possibly reflects the difference in quality but only time will tell; for now, a lighter set is a bonus. This is an attractive set with a very slim bezel. The Technika display on starting the telly means you can't disguise the fact it's a Tesco TV; so not being a brand snob, or follower, certainly helps. Hopefully the TV gives a good few years of trouble free service then there'll be no doubt that this 50" TV at £229 was a great bargain!
