NAD plays well but not everything
After the first play, the tray stopped working. Fair enough after 20 years, possibly not used much. Luckily a yellow elastic band found in kitchen fixed it. Saved about 10 quid there! Sound quality is noticeably superior, controls logical, display helpful.
BUT...in common with many vintage players, it's no go on home-burned CDR. Hence only three stars. Check the reviews and you can find better liked NAD models. Even so, I am very happy with mine.

Strong, well-screened, proper
Very pleased with the quality, This is properly screened (mesh and foil), non-kinking and, of course, is true low-noise microphone cable with its two signal conductors, plus the shield.
Never use so-called mic cable that has only one conductor, even in an unbalanced (jackplug type) system.

Such a funny book! Actual quotes of DJT organised into sort-of poetry that scans. Great background reading during impeachment trial.
Good laugh - and ideal time to read this!
