Works well for me with minor adaptations.
I use this primarily to clean bike parts. The 2 L size is not big enough to lay an 11 gear cassette flat but you can clean half then rotate it 180 degrees. It appears to work well cleaning my bike chains. Make sure that the basket is big enough to hold what you were trying to clean.

great quality - great price
Nice glasses. I like the lens locking mechanism which works very well. The three different shades of lens cover any time you would want to ride during the day or night. I have a Smith helmet as well and these fit the groove on the helmet when I don't want to wear them for whatever reason.
