One capsule isn’t enough
It recommends one capsule a night however there isn’t enough liquid in one capsule to cover your face and neck as recommended. So be selective as to where u want to get the benefit . I had to use 2 so not as economical as I first thought .
I have only used it for one night so can’t comment on skin improvement etc
