Designed to wobble

The laptop wobbles because it is supported at an angle and the front edge floats above the desk. Thus as you place your hands on it it tips forward. Touching it slightly causes the screen to shake. It's insufficient for typing or using the touch screen or pen, which makes it fundamentally unusable.
